This policy explains how Afloat ("Afloat", "we", "us") handles information about visitors to www.afloathub.com (the "Website").
Patient data is not covered by this policy. Information that hospitals enter into the Afloat product, including any patient information, is governed by each hospital's customer agreement and Business Associate Agreement with us, not by this policy. Please do not send patient information through this Website.

If you use our contact or demo request form, we collect your name, work email address, hospital or organization, role, and any message you choose to write. If you email us, we collect your email address and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and date and time. We use it to operate and secure the Website.
Cookies and analytics
The Website does not use advertising cookies. With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Website, such as which pages are viewed, the general location of visits, device and browser type, and how visitors reached us. It sets cookies and collects this information only if you choose Accept on the cookie banner; nothing is requested from Google before then, and if you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Our live demo at demo.afloathub.com uses sample data only. It asks for an email address to continue, keeps your place in your browser for the session, and does not send what you enter to us.
